You've done a nice job there.  It looks really good.  Getting creative and designing
your own unique desktop is great fun  ;).  This is one of the areas where Windows and Mac users really lose out.  Even after they've themed their machines.  They still look pitifully generic  >:D!!

that looks great! my only suggestion is you should make custom ultra flat based icons for cario dock so it matches the whole theme.
i had to do that with me (also use ultra flat).  this way the folders match.

Good idea. Have done this and it does look better. Had an initial issue because the blue and orange themes have the same icon-set name and the orange set wasn't activating when I picked it in Cairo (it was defaulting to blue). So I have changed the index.theme file on the blue set to a new name and both options are now chooseable. Did this using:

Code: [Select]
gksu gedit /usr/share/icons/Ultra-Flat/index.theme

what i did was  open the svg file for the icon i wanted and renamed it to .png and put in its own folder called cario dock icons
and placed in in my icons folder and than opened up the program/app and than minimized it than right click ;make custom icon'
than picked the icon i wanted from that folder i made than saved it as a launcher and it worked fine. i had do do that with the screen shot
and the trash can. the rest seemed to have changed on their own.
