Title: Duck Launcher
Post by: dsplayname on September 03, 2014, 08:47:26 pm
Anyone play with Duck Launcher?  It looks pretty slick, but I haven't tried it yet. Looks like it'd be awesome in a horizontal/panel mode, if that's an option.

Heck of a lot of dependencies .. on my system it wants to pull in 38 packages.  :o

I'll give it a whirl tomorrow if only out of interest .. I'd not heard of it  before, cheers :)

I gave it some playing with, and yeah....drags in a whole lot of extras.   Seems like it could have potential, but is still too early in development for my needs.

I think I'm going to take your word for it .. I can't be bothered to install it then have to fish out all the dependencies on uninstall unless it's "recommended" ;)
