Title: Remapping win key
Post by: tabaxter on June 13, 2018, 07:46:05 am
Hey all,

I've recently returned to Peppermint (running eight), but for the first time on a mac. I am dual-booting my MBP as it gets a bit older and starts to slow down. (It's been so long that I was tempted to post this question under new users. I've forgotten a lot.)

Because I've been using this computer and this keyboard in osx so long, I am very used to hitting command-C, command-V, etc. rather than control and would like to remap command from being a win key to being a second control key. And, if possible, remap the right alt as a win key for those very rare occasions that I'll use it.

Ideally I'd like to set up command-click on the touchpad as a right click too, but I haven't searched that yet.

I had a bit of a google, and searched here, but I couldn't find any options that worked with Cinnamon de.

Would someone be able to help me figure out how to do it?
