Can you tell us what the actual problem/symptoms is/are, and when it started .. A screenshot on its own with no context isn't all that descriptive ;)

What are you trying to do that isn't happening ?

I mean is Peppermint installed and just started to refuse to boot ?

It's suggesting you run fsck manually .. so boot to a Peppermint LiveCD/LiveUSB then do nothing that might mount sda1 .. just open a terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and run:
Code: [Select]
sudo fsck /dev/sda1
