Hi 928, I'm sorry, this is an English only forum.  Please ask your question in English.  Unfortunately, we have no Russian speakers here to help you using your native tongue  :'(.  Are you trying to print a calendar with the Russian national holidays set by default?

Why not use ICE to create an SSB to here:
https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=en.russian%23holiday@group.v.calendar.google.com

or just an SSB to YOUR Google calendar and go here:
https://calendar.google.com/calendar/render#settings-dir_10|holiday (https://calendar.google.com/calendar/render#settings-dir_10|holiday)
to add "Holidays in the russian federation"

well there are calendars such as orage, but you'll probably need to enter the holidays yourself.

Google Translate can be very useful in situations like this.  It's not perfect by any means and shouldn't be used to translate anything huge, but it will help you get an idea of a question being asked in another language.  After all, only about 33% of the world speaks English.  There are a lot of folks out there who don't.  8)

This isn't an English only forum by any means, people are free to post in any language (as long as it stays inoffensive), that said it's currently frequented mainly by English speakers so anyone using it will be likely to get faster responses if they post in English.

BTW, I'm not a native English speaker either, I spake black country ;)
(and no, "Black Country" does not mean like Charley Pride)
