New Users / (SOLVED) Remove Manjaro xfce?

Hello I am running Peppermint 9 on my laptop and decided to install Manjaro xfce alongside Peppermint 9 to try it,I can't find my way around it like I can Peppermint so can someone please tell me how I can get rid of Manjaro and I am hoping I don't have to reinstall Peppermint as I have it just the way I like it?

hello i have got sophos running on my mac mini and i have downloaded the linux version to my laptop running peppermint 9,i have extracted it to home but i dont know how to get it to run,does anyone know how to get it to run please as i should see a shield?

hello i have got a seagate 2tb hard drive which my mac mini does not recognize since they changed file system to apfs and i have used gparted to unmount and delete but i cannot see format to apfs,does anyone please know the command to format it to APFS?
