a) No, the phone does not display a prompt, or acknowledge the usb connection.

b) No, the phone does not appear in file manager.

Thanks

I tried your suggestion but still nothing happens when I plug in the phone.

I came across info regarding using KDEConnect app and GSConnect Gnome software. Would that work on Peppermint?

Thanks

I'd like to transfer some files from Peppermint to my Huawei phone.  When I connect my phone via usb to peppermint the phone data storage does not show in  file manager. I'm not prompted to select data transfer on the phone.
Thanks for any help.

Hi.
I'm new to linux and Peppermint.
When I print a document Peppermint does not display any printer status or indication of success.
I only see the status if I manually access the printer status through the Settings/Printers option.
Is this normal and can I set something automatic up?

Thanks
