I still do not see a screensaver option in PeppermintOs 6:

Code: [Select]
arnett@arnett-Latitude-D510 ~ $ sudo apt purge light-locker light-locker-settings
[sudo] password for arnett:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package 'light-locker' is not installed, so not removed
Package 'light-locker-settings' is not installed, so not removed
The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:
  brasero-cdrkit brasero-common libassuan0 libbrasero-media3-1 libgmime-2.6-0
  libgpgme11 libtotem-plparser18
Use 'apt-get autoremove' to remove them.

I want to change my desktop to only one workspace.  When I click Preferences->Desktop Preferences i receive a dialog message reading "Desktop Manager is not active".  Is there a program that I can install that is like KDE "Settings"?

Hardware / Problems with HPLIP [SOLVED]
« on: January 08, 2016, 06:40:16 am »
I'm having problems installing my HP3520 All-In-One Deskjet printer using HPLIP.  First HPLIP does 't recognize PeppermintOS.  It tries to identify it as Linux Mint 6.  Secondly, it will not continue until I enter a root password.  I did not install a root account.  What password do I use for the root account anyway?
