Networking / Wifi not working Peppermint 10

Hi Team,

I am newbee for peppermint installed it recently.  WIFI is not working in my newly installed peppermint 10. i could not read the wifi connection around. below are the details...

after installing KDE, logout is not happening and other weird things are happening.

how to reinstall peppermint desktop. i could not find lt like we do  it for gnome & kde
