Title: window snapping or tiling keyboard shortcuts
Post by: compostbrain on November 12, 2019, 01:27:16 pm
I have done some digging and can't find a solution.  I see that there is a keyboard shortcuts settings tab in the PCP but I don't know what commands to assign. Can anyone point me to info on how to set this up?

ps: the anti-spam tasks are really annoying...

Hi compostbrain,

See if this (https://askubuntu.com/questions/210231/xubuntu-12-10-window-tiling-shortcuts#210702) is what you wish to have.

The anti-spam tasks will go away after you post once or twice. You can thank all of the dip-sh*ts out there who think it is cool to spam web sites.  ;)

Regards,

I've seen the link you reference but it didn't really help me.  I did find keyboard shortcuts tab in peppermint control center and it even seems to show some shortcuts for window snapping but they don't seem to work on my computer.  Maybe I should try remapping them...

This post explains how to make those changes. Really nice to have!
