Title: Aspire One 532h bluetooth [solved]
Post by: dsherman26 on July 03, 2019, 06:57:47 pm
My powers of Google seem to be coming up with a variety of answers on this.  It seems this netbook does indeed have bluetooth hardware, as I noticed there's a bluetooth key.  It appears to be built-in to the wifi module.  Wifi works fine, bluetooth is a no go.  I've tried starting bluetooth service, I've tried passing the btcoex_enable=1 to the ath9k driver, but no adapter is showing up.  It's a Qualcomm Atheros AR9285 adapter.  Anybody have any ideas on how to get it working?

Well, I feel a little sheepish.  Acer's documentation isn't all that great, but it seems that the particular variant of this model that I have does not have Bluetooth.  Guess I should have looked under device manager in Windows before I wiped it.
