The Microsoft Office SSB's (or any other SSB's) can be removed by

1) fireing up the "Ice" application from the main menu

2) Selecting the "Remove" tab

3) Highlighting whichever SSB you want to remove

4) Clicking the "Remove" button.

It should be mentioned these SSB's are only web applications, it is not **necessary** to remove them to install LibreOffice, but you can if you wish .. the choice is entirely yours :)

As for the printer, it would be impossible for us to provide assistance without knowing which printer make and model you have. Can you please start a new topic in the "Hardware" section of the forum including your printer make/model and we'll be happy to try and help .. TIA :)

BTW, welcome to the forum :)

Welcome to the Peppermint Forums @Seadevil!

As @PCNetSpec mentioned previously, the MS Office web apps will not interfere with your installation of Libre Office. If you have succeeded in your installation please remember to mark this topic [SOLVED] by modifying the title in your original post.

If you are still having trouble finding the printer driver... please open a new thread  in the Hardware section for that question and provide us the make and model.

I have just installed Peppermint 10 and the ICE app has no "Remove" tab!  So frustrating!   Grrrrgh.
