Title: Plug.DJ
Post by: VinDSL on March 13, 2014, 12:41:36 am
I don't have time to play games, but...

I've dedicated one of my laptops (Dell Latitude D620) to playing tracks on Plug.dj (http://plug.dj/) 24/7/365. 8)

I've got a bot 'serving' songs, when I'm AFK.  Runs great on Peppermint 4 Respin - never have to reboot, but I refresh (F5) the browser once a day, just for good luck.  :)

I like Plug.  It's been around for awhile.

It's rather game-like (that's why I put it in this subforum).  You get points for DJ'ing.  The more points you earn, the more creds you get.

I start each day reading news articles, and listening to podcasts, but by the end of the day -- or when I'm coding -- I prefer to listen to streaming music.

DJ idealization adds an interesting twist to the whole thing.  It's fun.  ;)
