Hi Fitzroy,

You are welcome.  8)

When Peppermint 8 reaches EOL I'm rather confident that you will still find some distros that continue to support 32-bit systems. You can begin your searches now (to perhaps test some of these and to see whether they already have plans to continue supporting 32-bit systems) at DistroWatch;)

Hello and welcome back to our forums Fitzroy! I have encapsulated the inxi-Fz terminal output for you. using the tools above the message compose window.

If your friend determines that it's within her budget to upgrade her memory, Peppermint 10 Respin is supported until 2023. Plus there are many threads here in the forums which deal will deleting rarely used programs in order to boost boot speed and prioritize your friends workflow.

Thanks for spreading the peppermint love and helping us conquer the world, one laptop at a time!
