Hi fires,

If you read the message carefully you will see that the problem has nothing to do with PeppermintOS and there is nothing that Team Peppermint can do to solve the issue. It is a problem at dl.winehq.org (their security signature for their public key cannot be verified because the public key is not being found). If the problem is not solved by them then you should contact them and request that they resolve this issue.  ;)

give this a go, otherwise id suggest purging wine and try reinstalling it

BTW our Peppermint is bound to bionic not to artful. It is strongly recommended to use wine repository as follows: https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu bionic main
No problems here with that, try to give it a go...
