error on boot
« on: June 12, 2020, 04:43:38 pm »
Had an interesting issue with my Pepp 10 on my main system.  It wouldn't boot up.  I was getting 'error: attempt to read or write outside of the disk 'hd0'.
I eventually did manage to get into recovery mode and saw I needed to do a manual fsck.  I needed to boot into a Live USB to run fsck but it did fix my boot up issue.  What is that error issue?  I googled it but saw some different answers.

being forced to fsck or dropped to busybox can be a sign of a failing drive, might be no harm to load up disks and do a smart test of it, grub update would be advisable too if it continues
For wallpapers ive made you can download them here
