Been working with the Core theme, which although not Peppermint Red, does work great for my workflow.
Modern does not always mean better.
I still use Worker as a file manager.

the best theme out of all the choices i seen, was the one named CORE, too bad it is blue and not red...
the wgame one should not even be considered for default cause it totally sucks...

I've just switched to WGAME and I find it much easier to read than the default. I like it.

You bet, now only if I could figure out our email problem.

I just tried it.  The text is so small that my aging eyes had trouble reading it.  And there was a lot of white space in each text box that made them at least as large as the default text..

@Straybit, Yep that's why I bumped up the font size a bit on the default theme. :D

@grafiksinc yep. I've been through the SMF docs. The email "technically works" but hosts can't verify the source. I believe that's because of our "sub-domain" installation of the forum. I believe email services read something like this.

Hey this email says it's from forum.peppermentos.com but domain is peppermintos.com and it treats our subdomain as in imposter.

1. I receive WordPress automated emails from peppermintos.com
2. Occasionally, I receive error messages from this forum, but protonmail warns me it can't verify the source.

I've been over our installation configuration back and forth and can't seem to solve it. Although I'm pretty good at web development and hosting email networking isn't an area I've ever studied. :P
