Ten years now, you say.  That's really something.  What a history Peppermint's had.   And what a wonderful distribution and community -- the best!  :).
[T]here are a lot of people happily running Peppermint ICE which hasn't been receiving ANY updates for a while now .. and I personally would STILL consider that MUCH more secure than any version of Windows with up-to-date AV/Anti-malware ;)

Excellent news.
Way back then I was on Linux Mint 8 Helena, after starting with 6 and running to 16, before switching to Solus as my main OS.
Must admit that I did not know of Peppermint until 29th December 2018 when Big Daddy Linux Live announced we were going to test Peppermint 9 Respin the following week. I had only been on BDLL for 4 weeks by that stage, and excited to try this Frankenstein monster type OS, which I fell in love with and now run on a laptop and netbook.

Hi straybit,

Thanks for the congratulations! I have been using PeppermintOS since 2011, but missed the first release and began with the second. I dropped M$ Windoze even before that and have been lucky that none of my jobs ever required that I use any M$ products.  ;)
Enjoy PeppermintOS  8)

It's those wee mints that the old folk buy in your store.

I'm sure Mark's probably celebrating with a bunch of others up there about the tenth anniversary of Peppermint... Bless him. :')

Yes, I think we are all grateful that Mark brought PeppermintOS this far. Ten wonderful years of what I still consider the best linux distro out there.  ;)

Now we need to continue with Mark's philosophy and ideas for PeppermintOS and go for the next ten !!  8)
