Hi there!

This has nothing to do with Peppermint OS (how great it is) but I thought you might be able to help me.

As I mentioned in previous posts, I'm kind of desperate in order to find a good OS with persistence to keep it on a USB stick.

So far I've tried burning the image for both NomadBSD and Puppy Linux but when booting up  with the stick I get a message that says something like: "unable to proceed due to security bla bla bla" (can't remember the actual words).

The thing is that it doesn't happen with Peppermint, Linux MInt or Antix Live USB's, which I've tried encountering no problems at all.

Do you happen to know how to solve the issue, please?

Kind regards and hope you're all well and your family and friends too.

Hi Peewee_1985,

Have you asked at the NomadBSD forum? Or at the Puppy Linux forum? These would be the absolute best places to ask.  ;)

PeeWee,

You want to look at MX Linux.  It has the best system for what you are looking to do.
