HDD activity
« on: March 31, 2020, 12:57:15 pm »
HI all -
I don't think the inbuilt  Task Manager displays disk activity,
I'm looking for a tool that shows me current read/write speed and the process involved.

Thanks

No tool in Linux that can show the current HDD activity in MB's per second?
I'm surprised

Hi davexnet,

I just did a search using DuckDuckGo with the search terms: "HDD activity monitor for linux" and there seem to be quite a number of options and tools for you to choose from, depending on your wants and needs.  ;)

Have fun.  :)
