Laptop monitor too dim (SOLVED)
« on: February 21, 2020, 12:31:20 pm »
How do I change the brightness for my monitor? On a laptop, there usually is not much in the way of hardware controls.

Regards

see if this helps, may already be set this way though..

open peppermint settings panel > hardware > power manager.
open display tab and enable display power management.
try moving both reduce brightness to the left to Never.

For wallpapers ive made you can download them here https://flickr.com/photos/92410488@N03/

Quick way is if you have the power icon in your notification panel, right click and it brings up a slider for display brightness.
