When applying updates with update manager I keep getting the following:

  Connection failed [IP: 2001:67c:1562::16 80]

I got it to work by changing the "Download From" to "Main Server".  It originally was set to something that said United States in it.  I went back in and that United States option is now gone.  the only other option is "Other".  When you open "Other" is a long list of servers in the U.S.  The question now is do I change it back to one of those servers, and if so which one?

If you select other, on the next screen at the top you see an option that says Select Best Server.  If you select that option, it will run a series of tests to find the best server for your location.  Then you can choose that server.
