Everything is working well except volume graphic is missing when using Fn+up/dn arrow command.  Brightness graphic pops up as it should when using Fn + left/right arrow command.  Laptop is really a netbook because of limited power and resources.  Peppermint runs super fast on this little guy!  I couldn't even imagine what Peppermint would be like on a power workstation. :)

Not only is Peppermint an addictive OS to use.
But so is this Forum :)
