Peppermint 10 root problem (SOLVED)

Hi

New in Linux Peppermint. Made a startup usb disc and want to test the os but:

end Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown=block(2,0)

Please help me to solve this.

Does the LiveUSB boot to a working desktop if you select "Try Peppermint" and NOT "Install Peppermint" ?

If so, can you open a terminal and post the output from:

sudo fdisk -l
