Run:
Code: [Select]
sudo dkms uninstall rtl8723de/5.1.1.8_21285.20171026_COEX20170111-1414
then even if that previous command failed, carry on below:
Code: [Select]
sudo dkms remove rtl8723de/5.1.1.8_21285.20171026_COEX20170111-1414 --all
then:
Code: [Select]
cd ~/rtl8723de
then:
Code: [Select]
sudo dkms add ./rtl8723de
then:
Code: [Select]
sudo dkms install rtl8723de/5.1.1.8_21285.20171026_COEX20170111-1414
then:
Code: [Select]
sudo depmod -a
Once those have finished .. REBOOT

Did wireless spring to life ?

If not, does it spring to life if you run:
Code: [Select]
sudo modprobe rtl8723de
?

As suggested in the second error message, you left this off the end of the second command:

Code: [Select]
--all

Copy and paste the whole command or it won't work.

As murrayming says, you got the second command wrong.

Please use copy/paste to copy the commands (one at a time) from this forum into the terminal rather than typing them.

after sudo dkms install rtl8723de/5.1.1.8_21285.20171026_COEX20170111-1414

On terminal screen the next message appeared:
Your system has UEFI Secure Boot enabled.
 │
│ UEFI Secure Boot requires additional configuration to work with third-party
 │ drivers.
 │
│ The system will assist you in configuring UEFI Secure Boot. To permit the use

│ Secure Boot state" menus that will be presented to you when this system
 │ reboots.
 │

 │                                     <Ok>

I enter the same password twice, reboot and now have the next screen:

stas@stas-HP-Laptop-15-da0xxx ~ $ sudo modprobe rtl8723de
[sudo] password for stas:
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'rtl8723de': Operation not permitted
stas@stas-HP-Laptop-15-da0xxx ~ $ sudo depmod -a

UPD: after reboot it connect to WiFi automatically and work well. But if I disconnect from one network and try connect to another - it don't connect. Even if I try connect to the same network - it don't connect anyway.

Right-click the network manager icon (by the clock) .. select 'Edit Connection'

Delete ALL WiFi profiles in network manager .. by highlighting them, then clicking the [-] button

when you have no WiFi profiles left, close network manager.

Then left-click the network manager icon (by the clock) and select your network.

If you have an problems doing that .. post the output from:
Code: [Select]
ls /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections

after I have deleted all WiFi networks I try to connect again.  And now it can't to connect to any of them.

stas@stas-HP-Laptop-15-da0xxx ~ $ ls /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections
 mknajpa   Tenda_1D7C30  'Wired connection 1'

I hope it is possible to make WiFi work,
Thanks for support!

UPD: after REBOOT it connect to one of the known network automatically
