The nVidia Jetson FAQ states that Jetson uses an optimzed version of Ubuntu.  What would make Jetson fully compatable with PeppermintOs?

The Tegra K1 processor used on the nVidia Jetson TK1 is an ARM architecture SoC

Peppermint doesn't currently do an ARM polrt.
