Try running it in the terminal by typing the full path and filename. Do you see any output?

It's may be that the script doesn't have permission to execute, so try right-clicking the .sh file, then selecting "Properties" then the "Permissions" tab, then put a tick in "Allow executing files as program".

If that bot is already ticked, do as murraymint suggests and try running it from within a terminal .. and post what is returned in the terminal.

It also wouldn't hurt if you could link to where you got the script.

Can you please not post screenshots of requested text, text in images isn't searchable and cannot be copy/pasted.
(always better if you copy/paste the text into this forum)

Can you post the output from:
Code: [Select]
inxi -Fz
and
Code: [Select]
glxinfo | grep "OpenGL version"

Have you got Chrome installed for the pepperflash plugin .. as stated as a requirement in the install notes
https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/downloads#supported_operating_systems

or at least pepperflashplugin-nonfree

[EDIT]

Is your system fully updated because I'd expect your Peppermint 10 to have mesa version 19.0.2 (not 18.2.8) ?

If I had to guess I'd say this is something to do with your graphics drivers and mesa version .. I'm currently trying to find some similar hardware to test this theory because as I said it works perfectly for me.
