Here's my Peppermint setup. I got 2 panels one on top and second left hand side that auto hides.





Using a Lenovo Thinkpad T430 with a 1920x1080 Samsung curve monitor

Nice .. after looking at most of the reviews it seems that 'alternative' wallpaper is possibly more popular than the default .. personally I prefer the default (whooda guessed right?), but Karl did a great job with both of them :)

There were a few more alternative wallpapers that got kinda half developed, I may post those in due course for people to play with.

According to the Neofetch screenshot, you're using Adwaita icons, but they are not. It's Pepirus :-\

It's a bug in neofetch Johan .. for some reason it displays Adwaita out of the box, but as soon as you change either the icon or gtk theme it'll change to the right one from that point onwards .. so change icons to something else, apply, change em back, apply and from now on your icons and gtk theme will display correctly in neofetch, no matter how many times you change them.
