Yep, I've not had an SSD fail since the little IDE SSD's in an Acer Aspire zg5 netbook .. and that was way before they had wear levelling firmware (or even supported TRIM) .. you read about the odd person having one fail, but I bet more people have failed spinners (I know I see more of them specially in laptops).
