Please post here the output of
Code: [Select]
dpkg -l | grep linux-image

Is everything working well on 4.14.117 ??
If so, I can post instructions on how to get rid of the other kernels tomorrow... its getting a bit late for me here, as I have to get-up in 6h  :(

Be aware that you will have to check for updates to the 4.14 series weekly after this.

EDIT: Please post the output of
Code: [Select]
dpkg -l | grep 4.15.0

Ok!
Make sure you know the risks and that you are willing to check every week or, at least every two weeks for updates to the 4.14 series. I'm following it myself for my daughters machine, but you should by now know what to do...

To remove the 4.15 series run the following in sequence,
Code: [Select]
sudo apt-get remove --purge linux-headers-4.15.0-43 linux-headers-4.15.0-43-generic linux-headers-4.15.0-48 linux-headers-4.15.0-48-generic linux-image-4.15.0-43-generic linux-image-4.15.0-48-generic linux-libc-dev:i386 linux-modules-4.15.0-43-generic linux-modules-4.15.0-48-generic linux-modules-extra-4.15.0-43-generic linux-modules-extra-4.15.0-48-generic
Code: [Select]
sudo apt-get autoremove
Code: [Select]
sudo apt-get autoclean

Please post back the output of
Code: [Select]
dpkg -l | grep 4.15.0
after you are done with the previous commands

Cheers Pin, sorry for the delay in reply.

The last command came back with nothing, which is presumably what it should do?!

No problem  ;) Yes, it should.
Remember to check for updates, the 4.14 series is now at .118  ::)
I know this since I'm following that kernel on one of my daughters machines.

Could you please mark the topic (Solved)?
Thx!
