Hello im kinda new to peppermint i used ubuntu years ago but anyway i have been having my computer frezze and the on sreen graphics are just crasy colors and lines but not sure what it is it comes out of nowhere. but also steam crashes everytime ive ever ran it on ubuntu mate and papermint 9. i am on a Pavilion a4313w with a amd  920 upgrade. i dont think i have the correct graphics drive installed but the screen displays fine im waiting on a card in the mail so maybe thats a fix i also have bios msg i was wondering about if anyone could helpt id apprecate it.

I'm sure someone could most probably help you with the BIOS message, if they knew what exactly it said.  ;)

Hi johnoney00, welcome to Peppermint. Along with letting us know what your bios message is, could you also open a terminal and enter this code
