Remove the old kernels .. you have a ton of them

Better but still a bit full .. if you've already run the housekeeping commands posted by pin, maybe you could offload some user files to an external drive ?

i am not sure what you are telling me ...run the housekeeping commands posted by pin?my english are not to good
i dont think that is a matter of hard drive space i used to boot normally with my hard drive almost full now i have lot of space free

i have reinstall the peppermint os after i run updates the problem appears again

I take it you mean a black screen ?
(because you obviously don't have a space issue any more)

Are you able to boot the previous kernel ?
(at the GRUB screen .. select an earlier kernel .. it may be in the "Advanced" submenu)

yes i have black screen again, from grub menu whatever kernel i use it starts normally, i am new to linux but i think this issue is not coming from the new kernel another update must screw up everything

Then in the next breath you say no matter which kernel you pick it "starts normally" :-\

sorry for the misunderstood ,i have black screen when i turn on my laptop ,if i push the the power off button i am going in the grub menu,from the grub menu now the computer starts normal without black screen

If you just power your machine and hit that black screen, does it eventually take you to the desktop if you just wait?

it happened twice  i was waiting and took me to the desktop but i had no wireless communication (no wifi) but most of the times it just remain a black screen
