So i installed a theme 'simplegrey' and it looks great also install new icon theme with blue folders looks wonderful.
Everything works great, i mostly use firefox but when i use the ICE apps with chromium or chrome the scroll bar
has not changed to a nice glossy blue like the gtk theme i have installed is there any way around this????

Hi iamesperambient how's it going.  Open your Chromium browser.  Click on the, "Customise and control" button in the top right hand side of your browser, (it looks like 3 horizontal lines).  Go to Settings>Appearance.  Make sure, Use system title bar and borders is checked.  That should do it.  I hope this helps, have fun  ;)!!

That actually was checked already. I actually found an add on that gave chrome a blue scroll bar
not exactly the same kind as my theme but still looks better (i only use chrome when opening
an ICE made application) other than that I'm all about firefox. Apparently this is an issue people
had with chrome/chromium. I tried out midori for a hot minute and it was super fast and
light weight, but it kept crashing I found firefox is very fast, clean, no errors and everything looks
best on it,
