Desktop is Gray w/no icons
« on: March 16, 2019, 01:25:11 am »
Booted up my machine and my desktop wallpaper and icons are gone. I can't right click on the desktop either. Tried restarting and the problem persists.

Any help is much appreciated.

Hi

to get you back to the desktop try

Code: [Select]
Ctrl+Alt+F2
and then right after, don't wait

Code: [Select]
Ctrl+Alt+F7

What happens if you hit Ctrl+Alt+T, and when a terminal opens run:
Code: [Select]
nemo-desktop
?
