OK, have you installed libdvdread4
Code: [Select]
sudo apt install libdvdread4then run
Code: [Select]
sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh?

and have you tried installing VLC
Code: [Select]
sudo apt install vlcthen using VLC to play the DVD ?



If it still won't play, run:
Code: [Select]
sudo updatedbthen post the output from:
Code: [Select]
locate libdvdcss
