Chromium not recognized as choice for ICE
« on: August 21, 2018, 08:22:10 am »
Chromium is installed as a snap. I think that is causing it to not be recognized as a choice when creating a SSB. Only Fire Fox is available. Is there a way to get the ICE program to recognize Chromium as a choice?

An example of why snaps really do not bring much in the way of advantages.  ;)

Yeah, the exact same version of Chromium is available in the repositories. Web browsers are one of the few software packages that get released updates in the repositories. So, in this case, there's literally no advantage of a snap, and an obvious disadvantage.
