If you're using the 64bit version of Peppermint 9, just download this file
https://code-industry.net/public/master-pdf-editor-5.0.36_qt5.amd64.deb
and double-click it to install.

Master PDF Editor looks like a great program, I installed the 32 bit version, but the screen on this netbook is small (1,024x600-pixel) and when I open the Print dialog box the actual "Print" button which I assume is at the bottom of the box, is not visible.  So that's not helpful.

Thanks Tony!  That tip helps tremendously!!

And alynur, I installed Libre Draw and it does indeed open my pdf files.  When I get to work Wednesday I'll see how the print process works.  Thanks much!

If you download the .deb file from the link I provided, then double-click the .deb file, an application called gdebi will open and allow you to install the application at the click of a button.

Yes sir it did, and it printed fine as well, thanks very much.  Being very new to Linux I wasn't familiar with installing programs by clicking by mouse rather than using the Terminal.  It is always fun to learn!
