Add Eject/Close CD ROM to menu / desktop / panel
« on: July 15, 2014, 10:36:20 am »
Hi everyone, I was just having a look at the LXDE website.  There is a splendid little tutorial on how to add,  eject/close CD ROM buttons to the menu, desktop and panel.   Add Eject/Close CD ROM to menu / desktop / panel.  It is really very handy for us Ludites who are hanging on to our beloved CDs and DVDs  :D.  If like me, your CD ROM isn't servo assisted, you'll only need the, "open" section.  I've my open button sitting conveniently in the panel  I thought It would be nice to share this.  It really is very handy indeed ;)!
