Never under estimate a stab in the dark

Added the following to /etc/init.d/plexconnect

Code: [Select]
# Determine if the network is up by looking for any non-loopback network interfaces.
# Currently supports only OSX "Darwin" OS

sleep 5

CheckForNetwork()
{
local test

Was going to test with your tidied up version and see if adding the sleep 5 worked but not sure I would add it, I will marked as Solved but if you want to show me where this would go in your script I will test it and let you know.

PCNetSpec:

Thanks for all the time you have spent looking into this with, it has been much appreciated and on another positive my playing has fixed the issues I had with other aspects of my ATV3. SO right now everything seems to be working nicely, its simple for my wife and that was my plan all she has to do is turn things on now and everything is done in the background.

Hey if it aint broken.........

Hindsight being 20/20, whatever the final solution it always looks simple .. it's finding it in the first place that's the hard part  .. well done :)
