Thanks.

Google bots think I live in the Ukraine and speak Russian.

I'm sure they'll appreciate it too...   ;D

OK, Vin, this charade has gone on long enough. It's time for you to come clean about really being Ukrainian.

Thanks spence .. one of these days I might even find time to apply the translations and push an update, but probably not until PM10 is around the corner.
(I don't like updating things on peoples systems that aren't broken or have a security issue)

No problem... Given current events... I'd cast a vote for only giving translations for Belarus and Ukraine and abandon any Russian translations... just to be onery

Sorry for the delay in answering @pizzalovingnerd... understandably, everyone's attention is elsewhere:

Thanks to a really helpful github submission from sambar-fgfs (Kiyohito AOKI) the next iteration of Peppermint ICE will support gettext translations.

We already have translations for:-

English (en)
Dutch (nl)
French (fr)
Polish (pl)
Japanese (jp)

Might I assume you've already adopted the submitted ones for Czech, German, Portugese Brazilian & Portugese-Portugese, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Ukrainian which were previously offered in this thread?

I don't know how much of it @PCNetSpec ever got around to... but he said:

Okay it's done and on github.
https://github.com/peppermintos/ice

If anyone wants to test it, I've attached a .deb below which currently has en/fr/jp/nl/pl/pt_BR/pt_PT/sv translations .. so if your system is using any of those languages/locales ICE should automagically be translated.
(just download it, and double-click to install)

Would you kindly provide us a list of phrases you may need beyond the standard Ice package like was provided in the OP of this thread??

 ;)
