which drivers to enable?

 I have a hp 250 G5 with Intel Core i3-5005U with 12gm ram. Which drivers should i enable for best performance.
intel-microcode propiety or defualt one

Personally I enable the microcode, but there's no need unless it addresses a CPU issue that you're having.
WARNING: You are logged into reality as 'root' .. logging in as 'insane' is the only safe option.

I have it, but can't tell any difference when not using it...

You won't necessarily notice any difference, microcode just contains bug fixes for CPU's .. if your CPU hasn't any bugs, or contains only bug fixes for something you don't use, then you're not going to notice a difference.
