Hi, as the title says, my mouse wheel scroll seems to go randomly up and down when rolling it, usually only showing a slight bias towards going the direction I want it to go.  Its an external wireless mouse.   Here's the lsusb on report for it:

Bus 001 Device 003: ID 046d:c534 Logitech, Inc. Unifying Receiver

Any ideas how to fix?

Before going any further, have you tried another battery .. my mouse often goes nuts when the battery is low.
