Looking for Blue light app - <<SOLVED>>
« on: October 24, 2017, 02:47:50 pm »
I am trying to find something like Twilight (Android) , because according to the Internet blue light is bad and it can keep you awake at night.

Checked the SOftware Manager for blue light and did a google search and found flux.

Does anyone here use a blue light filter?

Another option would be f.lux .. you can download the .deb here:
https://launchpad.net/~nathan-renniewaldock/+archive/ubuntu/flux/+files/fluxgui_1.1.11~pre~20170818-g7537228-1~xenial_all.deb
and double-click to install

Thanks.

Redshift is installed and doing it's thing. Will continue testing and report back if there are any issues.
