Peppermint 7 uses the
ext4 file system by default. It can also use
ext3 and
ext2. This is not recommended as they're old and almost obsolete systems. You can also use the experimental
btrfs ("Butter f. s.") file system.
Nintendo Wii uses its own file system. I don't think it'll be able to recognise or read any of the above file systems. Good luck
