« on: March 16, 2017, 01:53:01 pm »
This tutorial will reset the bottom panel and whiskermenu back to defaults in Peppermint 7
(be aware - this will undo any panel/menu customisations you have made)

Open a terminal by hitting Ctrl+Alt+T

Now run these commands in sequence:
Code: [Select]
cd ~then
Code: [Select]
wget https://peppermintos.info/archive/reset-pm7-panel.tar.gzthen
Code: [Select]
tar xvf reset-pm7-panel.tar.gzthen
Code: [Select]
./reset-pm7-panel.shYou will be presented with the logout dialog .. CHOOSE LOGOUT  <-- It s VERY IMPORTANT that you choose "Logout"

Then log back on.

Panel and whiskermenu should now be back to defaults.

Got mine as I like them.   :D
