I would expect it only allows a specific IP to click once per <time frame>

Though I love your enthusiasm and am super happy you're enjoying Peppermint, I'd not really want the distrowatch figures skewing even if it were possible .. best to get a semi-correct idea where we stand :)

Just a thought about Distrowatch:

If it's true that simply clicks on a Distro are counted, which leads to the list, I will click on this link as many times I think of it daily:

I hope so because I have tested  LinuxMint (Cinnamon, Mate, Xfce, Lxde), wattOS, Xubuntu. Lubuntu, Ubuntu, Debian and other Distros and guess what ?  Peppermint 7  is my favorite.

My friend. Biasing distrowatch ranking is not a proper way to promote Peppermint.
