I find this article interesting because this article gives you a little of the thinking behind this extension.  I, personally, wouldn't be comfortable using this kind of extension.

 "google" and "NSA" and "tracking"- all these things set up the end-user to be indoctrinated by our beloved propaganda ministry who by the way would LOVE the chance to discern fact and fiction for the rest of us.
