You appear to be getting errors when you update the package cache...

Can you run:
Code: [Select]
pluma /etc/apt/sources.listand post the contents back here .. but please enclose the output in code tags to preserve formatting.

Thank you. Here is the contents...

Code: [Select]

I've just checked your sources.list in a VM and it worked perfectly for me  :-\

Can you connect to your router via an ethernet cable and post the output from:
Code: [Select]
sudo apt-get updateCan you also post the output from:
Code: [Select]
for i in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*.list; do echo; echo; echo "** $i:"; echo; cat $i; done

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to give me great advice on this thread. I did however search the site and found the solution on another thread answered by PCNetSpec. I entered the following code, into my terminal and Finally the Hplip installed. After the instillation, i searched HPTOOL BOX in my Menu and followed the 'hp-setup' instructions. This is truly a happy moment for me after two weeks of trying! Aso a BIG thanks to PCNetSpec ;D

First
Code: [Select]
sudo apt-get install hplip-guisecond
Code: [Select]
hp-setup
The other thread...
