[Solved] Screen not displaying properly.

Mouse can go into the black segment of the screen. However I don't know what caused this. I open laptop and it starts up like this.

Edit: I use a black/dark theme and accidentally made a new panel up top.

Have you somehow managed to add a second panel (but with no applets) .. If you right-click that black bar at the top of the page, is there an option to "Delete This Panel" ?
