If that's the historic battle that your referring to, then, yes, I'm waging one myself against using cloned Windows OSes when one could be using Linux --in this case Peppermint.  It's not as easy as battle as you might imagine.  First, I have to hope this netbook computer makes it to its destination.  (Believe me, this is Panama, and there's no guarantee that it will.) Then I have to hope this tiny computer will survive ovenlike temperatures in the midst of a drought.  And then, finally, I have to teach the mama how our distribution works so that she can teach the young child how to use the little computer.  After all of that my attack will begin in earnest against one single Windows clone.... ::)
